Why start with a discovery stage when building a new digital healthcare product?

We always recommend starting a new product development project with a Discovery stage. A Business Analyst, a UX and Product specialist, an Architect, and a UI Designer work together over a period of 2-4 weeks to assess your needs, conduct research, recommend platforms and technologies, create mock-ups and user flows, and plan the following MVP design and development cycle. This time is necessary for interviewing stakeholders, talking to future users, and determining solution certification and compliance.
